The first blog...bit of a test,
Hello,
I am an artist/project coordinator based in Newcastle upon Tyne. I am currently research ways of using mobile technology (mainly phones) to encourage creativity and collaboration with a focus upon film and video. I am also interested in new ways in which film and video can be distributed to enable easier access to the public and communities to promote understanding and dialogue.
My first real attempt at something will be in early May at the Connecting Principles event. I am proposing to work with a small group of first and second year students to produce a series of short (approx 1min) films which will be shown in the mobile cinema (www.themobilecinema.org.uk) and will also be available to take away by participants via downloading to their mobile phones via blue tooth.
